I have a set of these in my car as well - part number 105480230051. They are most certainly NOT the same lobe profile as the more common 105480230001 cams, as I have a set of those as well and have compared them side by side. The 51 cams have substantially more lift. My theory is that at least some of these 51 cams are actually Autodelta GP1 cams, even though those are supposed to have a 115 prefix. My evidence is sketchy, but here it is:
Mine were installed in a used 2L Alfetta head, with a note attached that said "Autodelta cams". This was a fairly hot SPICA head, shaved, ported and polished with a port-matched SPICA intake manifold still attached. I'm quite sure that note was written by Mike Cantor, a former Alfa wrench from whom I bought an inventory of Alfa stuff.
I also got the green Competition parts catalog in the same lot, and next to the entry for the GP1 cams there were a number of notes written in the margin in Mike's handwriting - price, valve clearance settings, etc.
If anyone has the capability to profile one of these cams vs. a known GP1 cam and get a definitive answer I'll volunteer one of mine as the guinea pig. If you search for "Autodelta" and "GP1" there are a few different threads where I suggested this theory and was told that no, it's just a .01 cam with an extra oiling groove. I know that to be demonstrably false, but I can't tell you what they are for certain. All I can tell you that they're a lot of fun in a 2L with high-comp pistons and Webers.
